We are delighted that you are considering offering your property for rental during the Open Championship.
Please note we charge a £50+VAT processing fee to view your property, it is non-refundable and chargeable upon your acceptance of a viewing appointment.
A viewing takes on average 45 minutes where we will discuss the procedure and what is required, answer any queries and take more photos.

You are also required to review our Owner Agency Agreement and Rental procedure document prior to submitting your house for review, These documents may be accessed below.
HMRC Reporting Notice (Short‑Term Lets)
We’re legally required, as a digital platform operator, to collect and verify certain host information and report relevant details to HMRC each year. This applies to hosts offering short‑term or holiday accommodation through our platform, including hosts outside the UK where the income is earned in the UK.
What we collect (as required by law)
This may include your name and address, date of birth, tax identification number(s) (including international TINs where applicable), financial account identifiers, rental income, and details of your rental property (such as address and, where available, Land Registry reference).
What happens next
We report the required information to HMRC annually. You remain responsible for your own tax return. We use this information to meet our legal obligations and handle it in line with UK data protection laws.
